Platform terms
These terms explain what this domain provides, who may publish here, and the responsibilities of Alibel, its clients, and website visitors.
Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to access and use of sites.alibel.com, including the informational landing page and client websites published under paths on this domain. By accessing the domain, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
2. Nature of the service
Alibel Sites is a managed publishing environment for selected Alibel clients. It may be used while a client prepares a custom domain or when a managed Alibel address is appropriate. It is not an open website builder, public hosting marketplace, domain registrar, or self-service publishing platform.
3. Client websites
Each client website is an independent publication prepared or deployed for that client. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the client—not Alibel—is the seller, service provider, publisher, data controller, or organization represented by that website. A client site must provide its own notices when its activities require them.
4. Content and commercial responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorization, and currency of its text, images, brands, offers, products, services, prices, claims, files, forms, and other materials. Transactions or relationships formed through a client site are between the visitor and that client unless Alibel is expressly identified as a party.
5. Acceptable use
The domain may not be used for unlawful content, malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, spam, infringement, abusive scanning, unauthorized data collection, or activity that risks users, infrastructure, providers, or third parties. Alibel may reject, restrict, remove, or suspend content or a site when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or contractual enforcement.
6. Operation, changes, and availability
Alibel may maintain, update, migrate, reconfigure, or replace technical components to support security, performance, compatibility, and continuity. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features and addresses may change as a client project evolves or moves to its own domain.
7. Intellectual property
Clients retain rights they lawfully hold in their own names, marks, content, and business materials. Alibel and its licensors retain rights in the platform, infrastructure, reusable components, templates, code, tools, methods, and Alibel brand. Nothing on this domain grants a visitor permission to copy or reuse protected material except as allowed by law or the applicable rights holder.
8. Privacy and external services
Use of the landing page is also subject to the Alibel Sites Privacy Notice. A client website may have separate terms and privacy notices that govern its forms, accounts, analytics, commerce, or services. Links and integrations operated by third parties are subject to their own terms and availability.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Alibel is not responsible for a client’s content, representations, products, services, transactions, legal compliance, or independent data practices. The platform is provided subject to the applicable client agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Relationship to Alibel service terms
These platform terms supplement the broader Alibel Digital Services Terms and Conditions. The applicable quote, contract, service order, or written agreement controls the commercial relationship with a client. If a conflict exists, that specific written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
11. Reports and contact
To report suspected abuse, impersonation, infringement, malware, or another security concern on this domain, contact info_cygnus@alibel.com and include the exact page address and a concise description. Questions about a client’s products, services, or transaction should be sent directly to that client.
